.Responsibilities
Handle ticket follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Manage escalations efficiently and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
Conduct NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calling, address delivery challenges and coordinate with logistics partners.
Support end-to-end supply chain management, including order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Track daily operations and maintain accurate operational reports.
Coordinate with sellers, clients, and delivery partners for smooth operations.
Assist in process improvements and documentation of operational workflows.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
