Role Description
The Portfolio Onboarding & Lifecycle Management (POLM) function is part of DWS Infrastructure Operations and is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely operational setup of new funds and mandates.
The team also manages lifecycle events including asset transfers, mergers, splits, custodian changes, and terminations.

Your key responsibilities
Coordinate and implement operational setup of new DWS funds and mandates.
Manage custody set-up incl. trade routings, account openings and safekeeping locations.
Execute ad-hoc or planned lifecycle events including asset transfers, mergers, splits, custodian changes, and liquidations.
Maintain process documentation including procedures, flow charts, and checklists.
Partner with internal (Product, Investment and Client Division, etc.) and external stakeholders (Custodians, Fund Admins, Middle Office Providers, etc.).
Participate in operational and strategic projects.
Your skills and experience
University degree in economics or related field.
Experience in onboarding, custodian setup, securities settlement, reconciliation, or fund accounting.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
