Job Title: Operations Executive - Planning & Procurement

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Procurement Operations Executive to support demand planning, inventory management, and procurement operations. The role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless material availability, optimal inventory levels, and efficient vendor coordination to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand & Supply Planning
Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends, historical data, and business inputs
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align supply plans with demand
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
2. Procurement Operations
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing and approvals
Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery timelines
Track procurement status and ensure on-time availability of materials
3. Inventory Management
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend actions
Ensure accurate inventory records in the system
4. Vendor Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
Support vendor onboarding and documentation
Track vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
5. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams
Ensure smooth inward and outward material movement
Resolve any supply chain disruptions proactively
6. MIS & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on inventory, procurement status, and planning metrics
Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems
Provide insights to improve planning and procurement efficiency
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in planning, procurement, or supply chain operations
Experience in FMCG / Retail industry preferred
