Role Summary
Support day to day operations across international functions for Man Matters, Be Bodywise, and Little Joys, with a strong focus on inventory execution, data accuracy, fulfilment coordination, and reporting. The role involves hands on monitoring of marketplaces and daily website inventory, ensuring smooth inbounding, warehouse coordination, and operational continuity across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory across Website, Amazon and Noon
Perform daily website inventory checks and prepare inventory reports for all brands
Track SKU level inventory health (cover days, sell through, OOS) and maintain trackers
Share shipment pre alerts and ensure timely GRN closure
Coordinate with warehouses in India and abroad for put away and stock dispatches
Support Amazon and Noon Minutes fulfillment operations
Handle International shipment creation and end to end shipment tracking
Prepare and manage compliance documentation
Coordinate with cross functional teams and escalate issues with structured data
Provide timely and regular stakeholder updates across operations, supply chain, and business teams
Experience & Skills
0 to 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics
Basic understanding of inventory, warehousing, and shipment processes
Exposure to marketplace operations preferred
Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Strong coordination, follow up, and communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple markets and fast timelines
