Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage vendor operations, client coordination, and day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced legal-tech environment.
The role also involves supporting on-ground legal operations such as court visits, notarization, and coordination with lawyers and legal partners across different cities and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Manage vendor onboarding and lifecycle coordination
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure timely follow-ups on documentation, case progress, and service delivery
Track and manage operational activities across multiple cities and jurisdictions
Support daily operations to ensure seamless client experience
Legal Operations
Visit courts for case filings, hearings, and follow-ups
Handle challan disputes, trademark filings, notarization, stamping, and document verification
Coordinate with lawyers, notaries, and legal agents for service execution
Ensure compliance with local legal and procedural requirements
Vendor & Client Management
Onboard and manage lawyers, vendors, and legal partners
Assign cases based on expertise, availability, and jurisdiction
Handle escalations and ensure smooth client resolution
Maintain ongoing engagement through reminders, renewals, and follow-ups
Managing sales orders, invoicing, reconciliation, budgeting, and commercial/vendor negotiations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with legal, product, tech, sales, and support teams
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements
Represent the company in client meetings and partner discussions
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, LLB, or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, legal operations, vendor management, logistics, or service coordination
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with field visits and on-ground operations
Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, and basic CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in legal-tech, logistics, or service-based companies
Experience handling clients, vendors, and legal ecosystems
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Bike preferred
Male candidate preferred
