Operations & Business Development Head
to scale our Virtual Office business. This is an operations-heavy leadership role focused on building structured processes, optimizing supply, and driving sustainable business growth.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in
process excellence, business operations, or growth roles within high-growth startups or product-led organizations

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Excellence:
Own and streamline end-to-end operational workflows
Drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements
Build scalable SOPs and ensure strong SLA adherence
Design and track performance dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics
Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support teams
Improve turnaround times, customer experience, and operational reliability
Business Development & Supply Growth:
Build and manage the supply ecosystem (partner spaces)
Lead structured partner onboarding initiatives
Develop strong relationships with key partners and drive revenue growth for them
Identify and solve core supply-side problems impacting business expansion
Optimize supply coverage and partner performance metrics
Align supply strategy with demand trends and revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in
process excellence / business operations / growth roles
in high-growth businesses
Background in product-led or tech-driven organizations preferred
Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel / data skills
Experience in building scalable systems and operational frameworks
High ownership, structured thinking, and execution capability
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling businesses from 0→1 or 1→10
