Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Inbound & Outbound Email Marketer who can manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement, lead nurturing, retention, and automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating email journeys, campaign optimization, segmentation, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and own email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences
Create automated customer journeys and lifecycle workflows
Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution
Optimize open rates, CTRs, conversions, and overall email engagement
Perform A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and CTAs
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Ensure proper email deliverability and database hygiene
Work on lead nurturing and retention-focused communication strategies
Create reports and management dashboards
