ICG&nbsp;Medical operates through three specialized healthcare recruitment brands&nbsp;with offices across the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, Philippines,&nbsp;Australia, Canada, and the USA.<br><br><strong>Role</strong>: <strong>On-boarding Specialist (US)</strong><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br> Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to gather essential&nbsp;information about new hires and their roles.<br> Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to&nbsp;the U.S. market and company culture.<br> Prepare and distribute welcome materials including company policies,&nbsp;benefits information, and onboarding schedules.<br> Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation and&nbsp;compliance with federal and state employment regulations.<br> Maintain consistent communication with new hires throughout the&nbsp;onboarding process to address questions and provide support.<br> Track onboarding progress and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.<br> Work closely with HR and compliance teams to ensure a seamless&nbsp;onboarding experience.<br><br><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong><br> 1–2 years of experience in US onboarding, or a related field (recruitment&nbsp;experience is a plus).<br> Proven ability to design and execute onboarding programs.<br> Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and onboarding compliance&nbsp;requirements.<br> Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.<br> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.<br> Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.<br> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems&nbsp;(ATS) is preferred.<br> A passion for creating a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience.<br><br><br><br></p>
