Job Description:
Network Monitoring & Surveillance:
Proactively monitor network alarms and performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure maximum uptime (24/7).
Fault Management:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (BTS, BSC, NodeB, eNodeB) in collaboration with field teams.
Configuration & Optimization:
Perform parameter changes and database management for network entities
Team Leadership:
Lead a shift or team of engineers, providing technical mentorship, coaching, and managing their performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for senior management.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, migrations, or major outage.
