Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor domain parameters including Infrastructure, Fiber, and Energy systems.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform data analysis and publish reports at regular intervals.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of operational data.
Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and performance tracking.
Maintain records and documentation related to monitoring activities.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of telecom/infra monitoring systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
