Job Purpose
As an Officer, Operation, the role will be responsible for managing Order processing & logistics activities through selected logistic partners.
Principal Accountabilities
Operational accountability for all order processing.
Accountability for delivery of excellent OTIF levels to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for timely delivery of orders
Providing complete details of order packing, labelling & weighing of the order packed.
Maintaining and circulating the MIS of order dispatched.
Able to process the return received from client with accuracy & TAT.
Knowledge & Experience
2-3 Years of experience in supply chain for Domestic Orders
Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excel to Intermediate / Advanced level.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written to include report writing
A collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
Solution orientated, decisive by nature and respond well to feedback.
