New products Design, Development, Validation and Documentation   Main responsibilities: Design feasibility Analysis Develop 3D / 2D concepts and preparing drawings Adherence to Product Development Cycle Manage Product level requirements and compliances Conduct Design Reviews Prepare DFMECA Collaborate with RAMS team for FTA, Safety, Reliability and LCC assessments Prepare Validation Plan, Specifications and Reports Understanding of Design principles and Standardization Continuous Improvements to improve product reliability and reduce LCC Ensure compliance to global standards and applications Able to study, interpret and prepare detailed pneumatic schemes Able to understand electrical schemes Able to perform hand calculations Own and manage Design deliverables with First Time Right approach and ensure OTD Travelling to Field for Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting activities Establish Communication with global product teams To possess skill in CAD tools for Product designing & to perform Design reviews Innovation and Creative thinking Knowledge on DFM, DFA, DFR Possess strong presentation and communication skills   Education/Training B.E or M-Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Professional Experience 3 – 8 years in Rail industry Prior knowledge in Pneumatic / Hydraulic Brake System / NPD knowledge would be an added advantage   Key Competences CATIA V5 - Proficient in Solid and Surface Modelling (3D) AUTOCAD - Proficient in Drafting (3D) Fluid Control Symbols and Schematics - Proficient MS Office tools - Proficient What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?
