Role Summary
Responsible for leading process quality, driving
defect reduction, ensuring SOP compliance, and improving overall quality
performance across Prismatic cell, module, and pack manufacturing lines
including Fanuc robotics and automated stations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and implement Process Control
Plans, SOPs, WI, and quality standards.
Monitor critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters
across Prismatic cell & module/pack assembly.
Oversee quality performance at Fanuc robotics
stations, automated welding, lamination, and assembly lines.
Lead structured RCA (5 Why, Fishbone, DOE) for
recurring issues and process deviations.
Conduct defect data analysis, trend monitoring,
and implement improvement plans.
Conduct Process Audits, LPA, MSA/GR&R, and
ensure adherence to ISO/IATF standards.
Validate process capability and ensure Cp/Cpk
targets are maintained.
Ensure compliance with safety and battery
manufacturing regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with Production, Maintenance,
Automation, and Supplier Quality teams.
Support NPI, process trials, and engineering
change validations.
Provide training to operators and engineers on
process quality and defect prevention.
Maintain documentation for process deviations,
NCs, CAPA, SOP revisions, and audits.
Generate daily/weekly quality dashboards, KPI
reports, and management summaries.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of Prismatic lithium-ion
cell & pack quality standards.
Knowledge of Fanuc robots, automated welding,
alignment, sealing, and safety processes.
Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC,
MSA, ISO/IATF.
Strong analytical skills; ability to handle
data-driven decision making.
