Network Support Engineer(L-1)
Location: South Kolkata
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our IT support team.
Cybersecurity Applications.
Knowledge of LAN / WAN Network Technologies.
Provide L1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue.
The engineer will be responsible for coordination with users for smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and timely delivery of IT support.
Responds to emergency or on-call situations in a timely manner.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Identify and resolve GPON network issues promptly, minimizing service disruptions.
Must have OFC (Optical fiber cable) knowledge.
Having knowledge on ONT, OLT device.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma
Min 1 year of experience preferred.
