Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact for Network escalations at Kanha, Handling suppliers and service providers
Should be a player (or) manager, Ability to work under pressure, Able to motivate and coordinate the team, but also to deep dive technically if required to support the L3 and L2 as required
Organize and assign the incoming requests to the respective groups, Scope Service Requests, Change Requests & Incidents
Ensure operations coordination and management for daily activities
Ensure incident communication and critical incident communication to stakeholders
Develop excellence in Network service management, document Standard Operating Procedures
Arrange periodic process training for the resources, Define a process for handling calls and tickets
Participate in weekly incident review meetings, Manage monthly reporting on Incidents, and Monitor
