Job Role:
Network and Security Engineer
Location:
Navi Mumbai
Key Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, Any Graduate.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering.
Strong understanding of networking protocols such as
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, VTP and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). VLAN design, configuration, and troubleshooting (802.1Q, VTP, STP, EtherChannel), SDWAN
Proficiency with network hardware from vendors like Cisco, Dell, HP Aruba.
Solid experience
with firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet).
Familiarity with
security frameworks
like NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
Experience with cloud networking and security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of
Linux
/Unix operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting
and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable
