<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong><strong>: </strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a NetSuite Specialist (Senior Associate) to ensure the stability, scalability, and integration of our NetSuite environment. This role will focus on incident management, bug resolution, systems enhancements and Python based integrations with other enterprise systems. The role will also support our IT roadmap by delivering improvements conducting testing and training business users on best practices.</p>

<p>· Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for NetSuite.</p>
<p>· Develop and implement enhancements and customizations aligned to business needs.</p>
<p>· Build, test, and maintain Python-based integration scripts between NetSuite and other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan, HRIS, etc.).</p>
<p>· Assist in creating and executing an IT enhancement roadmap for ERP-related systems.</p>
<p>· Respond to critical bug tickets within SLA guidelines (e.g., 4-hour timeframe for high-priority issues).</p>
<p>· Conduct Level 1 testing prior to internal team and UAT testing.</p>
<p>· Ensure successful rollout of enhancements without disruption in production systems.</p>
<p>· Provide training and documentation to internal staff on new features and best practices.</p>
<p>· Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and business users.</p>

<p><strong>Education and Work Experience Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.</li>
<li>NetSuite Administrator certification.</li>
<li>5–8 years of hands-on NetSuite experience (administration, support, and customization).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and integrations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite integrations.</li>
<li>Experience with APIs, web services, and middleware tools for system integration.</li>
<li>Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements of enterprise ERP systems.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of system integrations across ERP and SaaS platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal).</li>
