Key Responsibilities
:
Understand Speed’s business and align to strategy and revenue target set
Evaluate the leads given by lead generation executive if they fall in our category and get the wrong leads replaced time to time.
Approach leads to fix introductory meetings – via emails, calling. (TEAMs or F to F meetings)
Keep track of the progress on real time basis in excel sheet and squeeze every lead till we have confirmation – Yes/No (ensuring no irritation). Timing is important.
Maximize coverage – maximum emails and calling.
Updating the status of progress every week in the weekly meetings to BD team.
Once meeting is confirmed, sending TEAMs invite and getting the slot fixed in respective attendee’s calendars.
Flexible working hours depending on the region – USA, UK, EU.
Preparing presentations for introductory meetings and conducting these meetings time to time.
Generating enquiries, orders and revenue from the appointed regions.
Adding new accounts as per strategy and targets set.
Ensuring all processes are followed properly without any violations.
Maintaining all sales related spreadsheets and keeping them upto date with true data.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Reporting Officer
Skill and Experience Required :
Experience: 3+ years in Sales/Business Development (Preferably International experience)
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical or Associated Branches or MBA.
Business development/Front end Sales for any engineering services company, product company.
Handled start to end sales activities.
Prepared presentations and conducted meetings with clients one on one.
Worked for international regions – approaching new leads, sending them emails, getting appointments and fixing meetings
Interest and seriousness in Sales career.
Readiness to work as per USA, UK or EU time zones.
Good understanding about the sales process – start to end including enquiry generation, quotations, orders, invoicing and payments.
Good communication in English – understand conversation and dialects, able to summarize and convey points effectively.
Responsibility and ownership of assigned role.
Analyze issues or setbacks without bias, and is open about mistakes to encourage learning
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills externally and within the organization and command over English language
Work management – maintaining track of leads approached and their status, timely communication via emails, calls.
Efficient way of working – maximize coverage via emailing, calling, setting meetings. Maintaining all sales activity trackers up to date.
