Key Responsibilities:
Create sales and marketing strategies to target customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and solutions to upper management.
Set and achieve sales goals and on quarterly/yearly basis.
Skill and Experience Required
Graduate in Chemical Engineering or master’s in chemistry (M.Sc.) from renowned institute with good academic performance.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, R&D organizations and academia.
Basic understanding of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Good written, verbal communication and presentation skill.
Experience about preparing techno commercial proposals for the customer.
Ability to Learn the technical details about our products (Flow Chemistry Products- Reactor, dosing pumps and Heating-Cooling Circulator/Bath) and what problems it solves for our clients.
Experience of 6+ years in Sales/Business Development
Additional experience of working as a process engineer or application engineer is an added advantage.
