MVC Operations Lead
Description -
Job Summary
Lead and manage Supplies Inside Sales team (ISRs) to achieve MVC Renewal targets.
Support Supplies KAMs by coordinating with Enterprise and Govt customers w.r.t. MVC program letters and ensuring follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales teams, Partners, Category and internal stakeholders for deal closures.
Ensure smooth order processing, exception handling and compliance with company policies.
Review quotations, pricing approvals, and special bid requests before submission.
Monitor ISR team performance, productivity, and process adherence.
Coach ISRs through trainings, periodic review cadence and performance feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and business updates to the Supplies team.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new ISR team members and ensuring that the team operates effectively
Identifies and mitigates risks associated with operational processes, developing proactive strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
