<p>David Peyser Sportswear, Inc. is a premier importer and distributor of men’s, women’s and children’s sportswear, outerwear, activewear and accessories that operates three primary business segments: Branded Apparel, Licensed Apparel and Custom-Decorated Apparel. Founded in 1948 by David Peyser and his two sons Paul and Irwin, the Company is now managed by the second generation of the Peyser family who have successfully grown the organization into a leading provider of branded, licensed and custom-decorated apparel products.</p>
<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer to own the end-to-end production of paid advertising creative across Meta, Google, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of design, video, and copy — turning creative concepts into high-performing ads, and iterating fast based on what the data tells us.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You'll work across multiple brands, each with its own distinct look and feel, and you'll be trusted to keep every aesthetic sharp and on-brand. If you're a self-starter who gets excited about testing ideas, shipping volume, and watching creative move the numbers, this is for you.</p>
<h4 class="text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold">What you'll do</h4>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Produce paid social and search assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok native formats, from concept through to delivery. You'll create UGC-style and edited video content, design static ads, and write the short-form copy that ties it together — hooks, headlines, and primary text that earn the click.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You'll generate creative variations at pace to feed our testing pipeline, working within established testing frameworks and using performance feedback to sharpen the next round of work. You'll also proactively bring fresh creative concepts and testing ideas to the table rather than waiting to be briefed.</p>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience creating paid social and search assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok native formats</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong short-form ad copywriting — hooks, headlines, and primary text</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable working across multiple distinct brand aesthetics without style bleed</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A self-starter who proactively brings new creative concepts and testing ideas</li>
