We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. As a Multi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our property's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests.
Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and infrastructure
Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking immediate corrective action when necessary
Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits
Test and maintain various equipment, including motors, heaters, and controls, using standard test equipment
Oversee and maintain fire alarm systems, adhering to established protocols and standards
Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance
Secondary / High school education.
Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise.
Good reading and verbal proficiency in English language.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and load management.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
Proficiency in using standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on safety and quality.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus.
