The Role
This is a trainee role in designation, but not in scope. From early on, you will be involved in execution, review, and problem-solving across client engagements. Over time, the role evolves into ownership of workstreams and responsibility for output quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and review finance work across multiple clients
Ensure monthly closures and MIS are accurate, structured, and timely
Analyze financials to identify trends, gaps, and areas of concern
Work on cash flow, margins, and overall business performance
Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams
Take increasing ownership of timelines, deliverables, and team output
Profile
Qualified CA / CMA
0–2 years of experience
Strong grounding in financial statements and MIS
High comfort with Excel and analytical work
Ownership mindset with the ability to manage deadlines
Clear, structured communication
