Role Overview (Summary) We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging visual content across digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing motion graphics, editing videos, and leveraging AI-powered creative workflows to produce high-quality brand, social media, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong storytelling and design fundamentals with curiosity around AI-driven creative tools and automation. You will work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Motions Graphic Design & Video Editing Create motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns Edit videos with smooth transitions, typography, sound effects, and storytelling Design explainer videos, reels, promotional videos, animated assets, and short-form content optimized for digital platforms Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all video and motion design deliverables Ensure high production quality across animations, transitions, typography, rendering, and exports Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and performance requirements Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality output Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets AI Tools, Collaboration & Execution Use AI tools for video editing, ideation, subtitles, voiceovers, and creative automation Explore new AI workflows and creative trends to improve content quality and efficiency Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams on creative projects Take feedback positively and make quick revisions when needed Organize project files and follow efficient creative workflows Experience Required Must-Have 1–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Editing Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Kling, or similar platforms Understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling Ability to create engaging short-form and social-first video content Knowledge of video formats, rendering workflows, and export settings Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Good communication and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D Understanding of sound design and visual effects workflows Familiarity with branding and digital marketing creatives Experience creating AI-generated visual concepts, animations, or assets What Success Looks Like Delivers high-quality motion graphics and video content with strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail Produces engaging social media and digital assets that align with brand goals and audience engagement metrics Effectively uses AI creative tools to improve production speed, workflow efficiency, and creative experimentation Maintains consistent quality across animations, transitions, typography, rendering, and overall visual execution Handles multiple projects independently while consistently meeting timelines and delivery expectations Contributes fresh creative ideas, explores new trends, and continuously improves motion design and AI-assisted workflows Why Join TripleDart Work with fast-growing global SaaS companies Be part of a team building an AI-first marketing engine Get real ownership early Learn faster than you would anywhere else in paid media
