We deliver our information through a range of formats, from newspapers and magazines to conferences and electronic services.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Software Development Engineer in Test I (Senior SDeT I)</strong> to support our <strong>Mobile Platform</strong> squad.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful candidate will support the squad in programming, executing and monitoring:</p> <ul> <li>test automation</li> <li>testing standards</li> <li>quality standards</li> </ul> <p>In return you will be supported by a friendly and inclusive team who care deeply about developing each other's capabilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <h2>Accountabilities:&nbsp;</h2> <p><strong>How you will contribute</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all test automation activities&nbsp;</li> <li>You will lead working with your stakeholders to ensure mobile test automation is executed as per the strategy&nbsp;</li> <li>You will lead monitoring test coverage of all test automation activities</li> <li>You will collaborate with stakeholders to help define functional and non-functional test requirements</li> <li>You will lead defining ways to improve testing to continue to enable a shift left approach</li> <li>You will take the lead in all things test automation and quality related</li> </ul> <h2>Experience, Skills &amp; Professional Attributes</h2> <p><strong>The ideal skills for this role include</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are an expert in test automation for different types of tests</li> <li>You are an expert in helping maintain native mobile test automation frameworks for different types of testing</li> <li>You are an expert in effectively integrating testing into CI/CD</li> <li>You have solid understanding of the pros and cons of what tests to run where in CI/CD</li> <li>You have solid programming experience in native mobile test automation frameworks; Compose UI Test and XCUITest</li> <li>You have a solid understanding of the test pyramid</li> <li>You have solid understanding of when to use mocks and what the use of them aims to achieve</li> <li>You have solid experience in using tools to report test results</li> <li>You have practical experience in using AI to facilitate testing</li> <li>You have practical experience using cloud computing services</li> <li>You are a great communicator</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);">#LI-Hybrid</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p><strong>Working Arrangements</strong></p> <p>The majority of our roles operate on a hybrid working pattern, with 3+ days office attendance required.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>AI usage for your application</strong></p> <p>We are an innovative organisation that encourages the use of technology.
