Role Overview:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing student documentation, supporting the admission process, and handling day-to-day operational activities at the client location. The role requires strong data management skills, accuracy, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update student records, documentation, and databases with high accuracy.
Manage end-to-end admission process including registration, verification, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for management review.
Coordinate with admission, academic, and operations teams for smooth execution of processes.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping (both digital and physical documentation).
Handle data entry, validation, and periodic audits to ensure data integrity.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Support client coordination and assist in resolving operational queries.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client documentation standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Management background).
1–3 years of experience in MIS, operations, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling admission processes or educational operations.
Familiarity with CRM/LMS systems.
Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Problem-solving approach with a proactive mindset.
