Role Overview:
We are looking for an analytical and technology-driven MIS / Data & Integration Lead to build and manage Medhavi Skills University’s centralized data and reporting ecosystem. The incumbent will be responsible for designing a single-source reporting framework, integrating data across multiple business systems, standardizing KPIs, and building dashboards and exception-based reporting for leadership and operational teams. This role is critical in ensuring data consistency, business visibility, and actionable insights across departments, with a focus on handling large-scale data (millions of records) and providing relevant business insights, including performance feedback and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Data Management & Reporting
Develop and manage a single-source reporting layer across all functional departments.
Design and maintain enterprise dashboards for leadership, P&L heads, and operational teams.
Standardize and automate MIS reporting across the organization, ensuring relevant insights on department performance, job placements, and student
outcomes.
2.
Data Architecture & Governance
Define and maintain master data structures, governance frameworks, and data dictionaries.
Establish data validation and quality control mechanisms to ensure reporting accuracy.
Ensure consistency and integrity of business data across systems and functions.
Manage large datasets, ensuring data consistency and relevant feedback extraction.
3. System Integration & ETL
Integrate data from multiple systems including CRM, Finance, LMS, Admissions, Assessment, Project Operations, and other enterprise platforms.
Design and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for seamless data f low.
Work closely with internal/external technology teams on API/integration requirements.
Work with Big Data technologies or equivalent to handle massive datasets and extract relevant insights.
3. System Integration & ETL
Integrate data from multiple systems including CRM, Finance, LMS, Admissions, Assessment, Project Operations, and other enterprise platforms.

Work closely with internal/external technology teams on API/integration requirements.

4.
KPI & Performance Analytics
Standardize organizational KPIs across departments and functions.
Build reporting models and analytics frameworks for performance measurement.
Create exception-based alerts and proactive reporting mechanisms for key business deviations, leveraging data from large-scale datasets.
5.
Business Insights & Stakeholder Support
Translate raw data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Partner with leadership teams to understand reporting requirements and decision-making needs.
Support departments in developing metrics-driven operational improvements.
Identify trends in large datasets (e.g., conversion rates, performance by department) and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Integration, or Reporting roles.
Experience in handling enterprise reporting systems in:
Education / EdTech
Consulting
Technology-driven organizations
Operations-intensive businesses•
Strong expertise in
SQL
, data modelling, database management, and
Big Data technologies
(Hadoop, Google BigQuery, Spark, etc.) or equivalent technologies for handling large datasets.
Hands-on experience with
BI/dashboarding tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.).
Knowledge of
ETL processes

Strong understanding of business metrics and operational KPIs.
Experience in integrating multiple enterprise systems/data sources.
