Job Title: Mining Sector Solutions Lead Team: Solutions/R&D Location: Bengaluru Experience: Mining domain professionals with technology exposure Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Skylark Drones is looking for a Mining Sector Solutions Lead to help shape and drive industry-specific solutions for large mining enterprises. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in the mining sector who also understands how technology can be applied to solve real, on-ground problems. You will work closely with the Founders Office, product, and GTM teams to identify high-impact problem statements within the mining ecosystem and translate them into scalable drone and software-led solutions. A key part of this role is building go-to-market strategies and solution narratives that can be pitched to CXO-level stakeholders at large enterprise organizations. Key Responsibilities Identify and deeply understand operational, safety, compliance, and productivity challenges across the mining value chain Translate mining-specific problem statements into technology-driven solutions using drones as a service, software platforms, and analytics Work closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams to shape industry-relevant offerings Build solution frameworks, use cases, and GTM strategies tailored for large mining enterprises Create CXO-ready narratives, value propositions, and solution pitches focused on ROI, risk reduction, and scalability Support enterprise sales engagements by acting as a domain expert and trusted advisor Stay updated on mining regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously refine solutions Drive pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early deployments with key mining customers Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Strong background in the mining sector with hands-on understanding of operations and challenges Exposure to technology-driven solutions including drones, software platforms, analytics, or automation Ability to translate domain problems into structured solution requirements Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Attributes Experience working with large mining enterprises or multi-site operations Exposure to B2B or enterprise solution selling or consulting Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and create structure Strong ownership mindset with bias for action Comfort working across teams including product, engineering, and sales Our Core Values At Skylark Drones, our values guide how we work, collaborate, and grow together.
