EXECUTIVE
A MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales
Executive drives revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business
for corporate events, conferences, and incentive programs. Key
responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing
client relationships, creating tailored proposals, coordinating with internal
teams for seamless event execution, and achieving sales targets. The role
requires strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, a deep
understanding of the MICE market, and a customer-centric approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the MICE segment through
strategic outreach and networking.
Sales Planning & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue
targets and maximize market opportunities.
Proposal Development:
Create tailored, compelling sales proposals that highlight the benefits of the
company's MICE services to meet specific client requirements.
Sales Execution:
Deliver presentations to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to
secure new MICE business.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, such as operations, product, and finance,
to ensure the smooth and successful execution of events and meet client
needs.
Market Analysis:
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential leads to
identify new opportunities.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM, and provide regular sales
performance and forecast reports to management.
Client Satisfaction:
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries to ensure high
satisfaction levels throughout the engagement process.

Sales Expertise:
Proven track record in MICE sales, with strong sales, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
