MES PAS-X – Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Senior Consultant, MES PASX, where you will support the delivery of manufacturing execution system solutions across complex manufacturing environments. In this role, you will contribute to MES design, configuration, implementation, integration, validation, and deployment activities that help clients improve operational performance, compliance, and digital manufacturing capabilities. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality work products, support business requirements, and help drive scalable technology solutions aligned to client objectives.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, MES PASX on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting MES transformation and implementation initiatives across client environments.
Lead and support requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Werum PAS-X implementations.
Configure and extend MES capabilities across specification, execution, compliance, performance, master batch records, state diagrams, and master data.
Lead workshops for requirements, data model validation, configuration validation, and solution design across business and technology stakeholders.
Support MES integration activities across enterprise resource planning, automation, product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, laboratory information management systems, and other connected platforms.
Contribute to solution documentation, validation activities, training support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across MES implementations and enhancement releases.

Shift Timings:
11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Technology, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
5+ years of experience in manufacturing execution systems in large company environments
Experience with Werum PAS-X, including Specification, Execution, Compliance, and Performance modules
Experience with master batch record creation, state diagram design, and master data configuration
Experience configuring, administering, or customizing PAS-X modules, including GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh and Dispense, Electronic Batch Records, and Master Data Management
Experience applying ISA-95 or ISA-88 standards and GxP, GAMP, or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements to MES design
Experience integrating MES with SAP, enterprise resource planning systems, or Level 2 automation systems using Java, J2EE, C# .NET, Oracle, SQL, RESTful APIs, or web services
Preferred:
Experience leading requirements workshops, data model workshops, or configuration validation sessions
Experience designing, prototyping, testing, training, or supporting MES implementations
Experience conducting AS-IS assessments and developing TO-BE process or solution designs
Experience with control systems, product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, or laboratory information management systems
Experience with Level 3 or Level 4 systems and BOM, MBOM, or BOP structures
Experience with digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, digital supply networks, or automation trends
