Job Description:
Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development:
Develop user-facing features using React.js, ensuring visually appealing, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
Backend Development:
Build efficient, scalable, and maintainable server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js
Integration:
Integrate frontend components with backend services, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
Data Management:
Design and implement data storage solutions using MongoDB and other relevant technologies.
Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Identify, debug, and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and application issues to maintain application functionality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features.
Innovation & Improvement:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
React.js Proficiency:
Strong understanding of React.js and its core concepts, including component architecture, hooks, and state management, for building dynamic user interfaces.
Node.js & Express.js:
Proven expertise in building efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend applications.
MongoDB:
Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data storage and management.
Full-Stack Development:
Ability to contribute effectively across both frontend and backend development.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Communication & Teamwork:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
