We are looking for a talented and passionate
MERN / MEARN Stack Developer
who is proficient in
React.js (or Angular)

Node.js

MongoDB
. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications — from responsive frontends to robust backend services and APIs.
You should be able to design, develop, and deliver complete end-to-end features while following best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain applications using
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js / Angular, and Node.js
.
Build reusable UI components and efficient APIs ensuring scalability and security.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry standards.
Implement server-side logic, authentication, authorization, and real-time features as required.
Database & Data Handling
Work with
MongoDB
, and optionally SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) if hybrid storage is needed.
Design schemas, optimize queries, and manage indexing for fast data access.
Develop data ingestion, transformation, and storage logic to support business workflows.
API Development & Integrations
Build, integrate, and maintain
RESTful
and/or
GraphQL APIs
for cross-platform applications.
Connect third-party services (payment gateways, analytics, notifications, etc.).
Ensure secure data flow and seamless integration between systems.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with
frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps
teams to deliver complete solutions.
Participate in
Agile
processes — sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
Translate business requirements into technical implementations efficiently.
Deployment & DevOps
Implement and manage
CI/CD pipelines
for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
Debug and monitor applications in staging and production environments.
Optimize performance and ensure system reliability.
AI/ML (Plus Responsibility)
If experienced, integrate AI/ML capabilities into Node.js services.
Collaborate with data teams to prepare and consume model outputs using frameworks or APIs.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest trends in the
JavaScript and MERN ecosystem
.
Recommend and implement improvements for product scalability, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+)

Solid understanding of

Experience building
RESTful APIs
and integrating frontend with backend.
Familiarity with

and collaborative development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
