Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Merchandising Executive to manage and optimize product listings for the Zulily marketplace. The role involves end-to-end merchandising support, including catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones and have hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day merchandising operations for the Zulily account
Create, upload, and maintain product listings with accurate content (titles, descriptions, images, attributes)
Coordinate with internal teams for product setup, inventory availability, and deal execution
Ensure pricing, promotions, and deals are set up accurately and on time
Monitor catalog health, suppressions, and listing errors; take corrective actions
Analyze sales, conversion, and inventory performance to identify growth opportunities
Support deal submissions and event-based merchandising initiatives
Ensure compliance with Zulily marketplace policies and guidelines
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during night shift hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or marketplace operations
Hands-on experience with online marketplaces (Zulily experience preferred)
Strong understanding of product listing, pricing, and inventory management
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic reporting skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience handling US marketplaces
Exposure to deal-based or flash-sale platforms
Knowledge of catalog optimization and marketplace compliance
