Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical/Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing and be skilled in various testing methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple testing scenarios and work collaboratively with team members and program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Smoke Testing, Load/Performance Testing (including Baseline scenarios), SOAK Testing, and Regression Testing.
Learn, install, and configure a Custom Performance Testing Tool.
Understand System Architecture and Design, including components, interfaces, protocols, data flows, dependencies, and configuration of systems under test.
Design Test Scenarios to meet documented test requirements.
Prepare and design Test Data to support test requirements.
Create and manage test files.
Run batches and jobs, thoroughly checking the results.
Follow up on defects raised until they are resolved.
Collaborate effectively with team members and program participants.
Report progress and issues regularly.

Strong Frontend, Backend, and Database skills.
Proficient in Scripting/Programming.
Experience with Unix and Windows CLI.
