Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Intern to support our Mechanical R&D team. In this role, you'll help streamline development workflows, track project milestones, and ensure smooth coordination across engineering, testing, and supply chain teams. It’s a great opportunity to understand how complex hardware products are developed and brought to life, from concept to validation.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in planning and tracking R&D project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Testing, Procurement) to ensure alignment and progress.
Maintain documentation, schedules, and dashboards to support project tracking and reporting.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and flag them early for resolution.
Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices.
Who Can Apply?
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with interest in project management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with project tracking tools like Excel, Jira, Trello, or Notion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented under tight timelines.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
