Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of
partner success, campaign development, and marketing execution
. The individual will work closely with accommodation partners to identify marketing opportunities, develop campaign ideas, present marketing solutions, and ensure campaigns are executed effectively across digital and offline channels.
The role requires
commercial thinking, creative ideation, and strong coordination skills
to manage partner relationships and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Solutions
Identify opportunities to offer
marketing and visibility solutions
to accommodation partners.
Develop and present
marketing proposals and campaign ideas
to partners.
Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as a
marketing advisor
to improve visibility, engagement, and bookings.
Campaign Development & Execution
Conceptualize and develop
marketing campaigns, promotional activations, social media campaigns, and partner promotions
.
Translate campaign ideas into
clear internal briefs
for design, content, and marketing teams.
Coordinate campaign execution and ensure
timely delivery of marketing initiatives
.
Account Management
Conduct
regular partner meetings
and maintain structured communication regarding campaign progress and upcoming opportunities.
Ensure partner expectations remain aligned with campaign timelines and outcomes.
Content & Social Media Collaboration
Work closely with
social media and content teams
to amplify campaigns across relevant channels including social media, website placements, and digital marketing platforms.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience
in account management, client servicing, marketing solutions, or partner success roles.
Strong
communication, presentation, and proposal-building skills
.
Ability to
manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously
.
Experience working with
design, content, and marketing teams
.
Familiarity with
social media and digital marketing environments
.
Strong
stakeholder management and coordination skills
.
Preferred Background
Experience in
agency account management, digital marketing, marketplaces, travel, hospitality, or content-driven businesses
.
