About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Marketing & Pre-Sales Associate
to support our sales and business development efforts. This role bridges marketing execution, lead generation, CRM hygiene, event coordination, and pre-sales support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable with outreach tools, data-driven, and capable of supporting multiple stakeholders across sales and marketing.
Role Summary
The Marketing & Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for outbound lead generation, CRM data quality, event lead preparation, marketing content coordination, and pre-sales follow-up support. This role plays a critical part in strengthening pipeline generation, improving conversion efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1.
LinkedIn & Sales Tools Outreach (Lead Generation & Qualification)
Send 250–300 personalized LinkedIn messages per week using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach tools.
Maintain a minimum 15% response rate for lead engagement.
Perform lead generation and initial qualification to identify high-potential prospects.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects until handover to the sales team.
2. Event Pre-Preparation & Appointment Setting
Prepare 80+ target companies / visitor leads before each event/expo.
Secure 10–12 pre-event intro calls / appointments with relevant prospects.
Conduct post-event analysis covering:
Event cost vs leads generated
Business opportunities created
Submit event-wise performance and ROI reports after each event.
3. HubSpot CRM Data Quality & Hygiene
Maintain 95% CRM data accuracy at all times.
Remove duplicate records weekly.
Ensure 100% of assigned leads are updated with correct pipeline stages, notes, and activities.
Regular audits of CRM data for consistency and completeness.
4. Marketing & Content Coordination
Collect 2–3 content updates per month from:
Industry associations
Partners
Online research
Upload 3–5 website or PPT updates per month with accurate content formatting and branding alignment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for marketing collateral updates.
5. Pre-Sales & Follow-Up Support
Ensure 100% follow-up on assigned leads within 48 hours.
Support the sales team with up to 10 pre-sales tasks per week, including:
Email drafting
PPT preparation
Market & company research
Prospect profiling
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and outreach automation tools
Excellent organization and follow-up discipline
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Strong coordination skills with sales and marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
Exposure to SaaS, AI, Data, or Technology services companies is a plus
Experience in event lead management and appointment setting preferred
