About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to manage CRM operations, marketing automations, campaign workflows, and reporting systems that support both Marketing and Sales teams.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, technically curious, and comfortable working across CRM platforms, communication tools, automation systems, and operational processes to improve campaign efficiency and lead management.
Marketing Analytics & Performance
Design and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards to track KPIs across all channels
Conduct in-depth analysis of lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
Present sales performance reports to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations
Campaign Execution & Management
Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email & WhatsApp)
Monitor the performance of paid ads
Develop and optimize automated marketing workflows in HubSpot
Manage the product’s campaign assets library and ensure brand consistency
Monitor campaign performance and help implement real-time optimizations
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
Marketing Technology & Systems
Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and subject matter expert
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for marketing operations
Provide training and support for marketing team members on marketing tools
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
Events & Webinar Management
Orchestrate end-to-end webinar and event operations from setup to follow-up
Create automated workflows for event registration and communication
Analyze event/webinar metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
Proven expertise in HubSpot (certification preferred)
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
Excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Technical Skills
Marketing Automation: HubSpot (Intermediate level)
Gupshup (Beginner level)
Analytics: Google Analytics
General: Excel (Advanced level ), APIs (Understanding level )
