Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager / Sr. Executive with strong hands-on experience in PPC/Paid Advertising, campaign strategy, performance analysis, SEO, and digital growth marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns across multiple channels while contributing to overall business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
YouTube Ads
Other relevant paid channels
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify growth opportunities, audience segments, and new acquisition channels.
Create short-term and long-term marketing roadmaps.
Analyze competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior.
SEO & Organic Growth
Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Improve website rankings, traffic, and organic lead generation.
Coordinate with content/design teams for SEO-friendly content.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign data using tools like:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Meta Business Suite
SEMrush/Ahrefs
Looker Studio or similar tools
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Track KPIs and suggest optimization strategies.
Content & Branding Support
Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
Help maintain consistent brand positioning across digital platforms.
Suggest innovative campaign ideas and marketing experiments.
Automation & AI Tools
Utilize modern AI tools and automation platforms to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency.
Explore AI-driven marketing techniques for scaling and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ranking strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Google Ads / Meta Certifications are a plus.
Experience working with IT, SaaS, startups, or service-based companies preferred.
