About the Role-
We are looking for a commercially driven and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead and scale the end-to-end marketing function for a growing consumer lending business. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both strategic planning and hands-on execution while managing multiple marketing workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will be responsible for marketing strategy, campaign execution, customer acquisition, merchant growth, brand positioning, and performance optimization across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilites-
End to End Marketing & GTM Execution-
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
Identify and test new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities
Optimize campaigns for better ROI, conversion rates, and reduced CAC
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Brand & Content Management
Manage and strengthen brand identity, tone of voice, and communication standards
Ensure brand consistency across all customer and merchant touchpoints
Create and oversee content for websites, social media, email marketing, and partner channels
Develop compelling and compliant messaging for financial products
Coordinate the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials
Digital Marketing & Performance
Execute campaigns across paid and organic channels including Search, Social Media, and Display Advertising
Improve website performance and customer conversion journeys
Manage lifecycle marketing including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, attribution, and conversion funnels
Drive performance improvements through data-driven marketing strategies
Agency & Vendor Management-
Manage external marketing agencies, freelancers, and creative partners
Create detailed briefs and ensure quality deliverables within timelines
Oversee campaign execution and marketing asset production
Ensure all outputs align with brand and compliance standards
Merchant & Partner Marketing
Develop merchant-facing marketing materials and co-branded assets
Support merchant onboarding and engagement activities
Work closely with sales and commercial teams on pitch decks and enablement materials
Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners
Support business growth through targeted merchant marketing campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights
Analyze marketing data to identify optimization opportunities
Align marketing activities with business and operational goals
Required Skills-
5–8 years of experience in end-to-end marketing roles
Strong expertise in GTM strategy and campaign execution
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors
Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, and Analytics tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, B2B, or Partner Marketing is preferred
