As we continue to scale, our focus remains on building a category-defining brand that makes gardening accessible, enjoyable, and aspirational for modern consumers.
We are now looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive structured, high-impact marketing initiatives across our key on-ground revenue channels.

Building visibility through ATL channels
Driving footfall and engagement through BTL activations
Aligning marketing efforts directly with revenue outcomes across business verticals
This is a high ownership, execution-first role with direct business impact.
What You’ll Be Driving
Marketing Planning Across Business Functions
Build and execute monthly & quarterly offline marketing plans for:
Retail Stores
Corporate Sales
Garden Services & Maintenance
Align with business teams on priorities, seasonality, and revenue goals
Ensure all initiatives are outcome-driven and scalable
ATL Marketing Initiatives
Plan and execute ATL campaigns including:
Outdoor (hoardings, transit media, kiosks)
Print (newspapers, magazines)
Radio and local media
Identify high-impact locations and media opportunities to drive brand visibility
Manage media planning, budgeting, and execution in coordination with agencies/vendors
Track effectiveness of ATL spends in driving awareness and store footfall
Retail Marketing & BTL Activations (Core Focus)
Drive store-level marketing to improve footfall and conversions
Plan and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives around store catchments
Lead on-ground activations, events, and seasonal campaigns
Strengthen in-store visibility through branding, signage, and customer experience touchpoints
Corporate & Services Marketing Support
Drive offline lead generation initiatives for:
Corporate Sales (B2B, bulk orders)
Garden Services & Maintenance (residential & commercial)
Execute society activations, exhibitions, and events to generate qualified leads
Enable business teams with relevant marketing collateral and on-ground support
Execution & Vendor Management
Own end-to-end execution of ATL and BTL initiatives
Manage vendors for media buying, fabrication, events, and printing
Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Agency Coordination & Execution
Act as the primary POC for all creative and advertising agencies
Drive seamless execution by ensuring campaigns go live as per agreed timelines and budgets
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders for briefs, creatives, and approvals to maintain consistency and speed of execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with retail, corporate sales, and services teams
Ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and on-ground realities
Act as a central point of coordination across functions
Tracking & Effectiveness
Track key metrics such as footfall, leads generated, and campaign ROI
Evaluate effectiveness of ATL and BTL initiatives
Optimize plans based on performance insights and learnings
What You Bring to the Table
7-8 years of experience in offline marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, or retail marketing
Strong exposure to media planning, on-ground activations, and local marketing
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and multiple stakeholders
Ability to balance planning with hands-on execution
High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action
