About Us
We’re
Tradepass
—a global B2B events company that brings the world’s sharpest minds together at conferences that are less “snoozefest” and more “you-had-to-be-there.” If you’ve ever dreamt of being behind the scenes of a buzzing event, crafting campaigns that fill rooms with CXOs, and launching marketing plans that make competitors say “ouch”—read on.
What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)
Command the Marketing Ship
– Strategize, plan, and execute 360° marketing campaigns that drive attendance, build hype, and make our events impossible to miss.
Digital is Your Playground
– SEO, SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn ads, influencer collabs—if it's digital and drives leads, it’s yours.
Know Your Audience (and How to Reach Them)
– Tailor campaigns for C-level decision-makers. Speak their language without sounding like a robot.
Be the Voice of the Event
– Work closely with sales, design, and content to ensure our messaging is consistent, clever, and makes people say “nice.”
Make Data Your BFF
– Track, report, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. Numbers don't lie (unless it’s Excel on a Monday).
Own It Like a Boss
– Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and your own to-do list like a marketing ninja.
What We’re Looking For (a.k.a. You)
3–5 years
of marketing experience, with
at least 1 in the events industry
(if you’ve lived through pre-event chaos and survived, you're qualified).
Strong grasp of
B2B marketing
, especially for C-suite and enterprise-level audiences.
A creative streak with a strategic brain (yes, both are required—sorry).
You write copy that makes people click and craft campaigns that make them stay.
Great communicator, collaborative teammate, and you don’t cry (much) under pressure.
Bonus points if you’ve ever used “guerrilla marketing” in a sentence and meant it.
Why You'll Love It Here
Formals, but fun.
We believe you can wear a blazer and still crack a killer meme.
Fast-paced, global exposure.
You'll work on events across continents (passport not required, marketing magic is).
Cool team, cooler culture.
Think sharp minds, candid banter, and epic post-event parties (you earned them).
Growth like a startup, structure like a pro.
Best of both worlds.
P.S.
If you’ve made it this far and are smiling, we probably want to meet you.
