Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Lead Marketing Professional with 10+ years of experience to drive marketing initiatives for our IT Services and Digital Transformation business.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in
IT Services, SaaS, or PaaS organizations
, with a deep understanding of B2B technology markets, enterprise buying cycles, and digital solution positioning.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to position our technology offerings across global markets. This includes brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and solution marketing to accelerate business growth.
The role requires close collaboration with sales, product, delivery, and leadership teams, along with leading and mentoring the marketing function to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue objectives
Drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition initiatives in global B2B markets
Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for IT services, SaaS/PaaS offerings, and digital solutions
Identify new market opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments
Align marketing efforts with sales pipeline development and revenue targets
🔹 Brand Positioning & Product Marketing
Define and strengthen brand positioning across digital transformation and enterprise technology services
Develop compelling messaging and value propositions for SaaS/PaaS platforms and IT solutions
Lead product and solution marketing initiatives including launches, positioning frameworks, and competitive differentiation
Create high-quality sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and solution collateral
Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
🔹 Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email, and marketing automation
Design and execute lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness → lead → opportunity → conversion
Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance, ROI, and engagement
Continuously improve conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
🔹 Market Intelligence & Insights
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within IT Services, SaaS, and PaaS domains
Track trends in digital transformation, enterprise technology adoption, and emerging platforms
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align offerings with market demand
Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
🔹 Partnerships, Events & Thought Leadership
Develop strategic marketing initiatives with technology partners and ecosystem stakeholders
Lead webinars, industry events, product launches, and digital campaigns
Position the organization as a thought leader through content, PR, and industry engagement
Drive visibility through conferences, forums, and digital platforms
🔹 Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, brand, and campaign functions
Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems for pipeline visibility
Define KPIs and build dashboards to track marketing performance and ROI
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum impact
Drive strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams
Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Growth Marketing within
IT Services, SaaS, or PaaS organizations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong expertise in
B2B marketing
, enterprise sales cycles, and technology solution positioning
Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and demand generation
Deep understanding of SaaS marketing funnels, product-led growth, and GTM strategies
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and marketing metrics
Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand positioning skills
Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and scale marketing teams
Strong collaboration skills across sales, product, and leadership functions
Experience in content marketing and thought leadership in the technology domain
Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements, partner initiatives, and industry events
