As you grow, you’ll explore campaigns, creative storytelling, and strategy across the many buckets of marketing.

– Engaging directly with our customers, listening to their experiences, resolving queries, and running small-scale campaigns.

very consumer-facing role — but not in the way most people think.
You won’t just “handle DMs” or "answer calls." You’ll be the bridge between brand and customer, shaping how people feel, trust, and connect with AMINU.

What you’ll do
- Talk to customers, listen carefully, answer their questions, and make skincare feel personal.
- Guide people through routines, solve small concerns, and make them feel at home with AMINU.
- Observe how customers interact with our website - notice what works and is a work in progress.
- Share your learnings with the team so we can improve experiences, campaigns, and communication.
- Be part of real discussions with the marketing and founding teams, where ideas get debated, tested, and built.
