Location. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities & someone who can maintain good client & vendor relationships
Requirements:
Main KRA: ( 85% )
Handle inbound calls triggered by digital campaigns
Data Enhancement - Update and build accurate & insightful customer records on CRM database
Account Profiling – Analyze and map existing and new customers to identify key contacts, purchasing processes and decision makers within an organization
Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new & existing customers.
Reporting: Track campaign metrics versus predetermined goals. Other reports as required
Perform marketing operations activities as required
Other Responsibilities that can be assigned: ( 15% )
Social Media Posting & Sharing posts in other groups
Moderate & Develop Partner Community
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related fields.
1- 3+ years Inbound/outbound sales experience (Telemarketing/ Renewal/ Call Center).
Sales and/or channel experience is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong written/oral communications - English, Hindi
Good experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask critical functions
Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Work closely with the Sales teams to grow revenue and ensure marketing generated pipeline targets are achieved.
