Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Targets:
Meet and exceed designated leads targets within the specified region.
Database Generation:
Generate a robust database by reaching out to schools, colleges, RWAs and other relevant sources.
Client Engagement:
Conduct meetings with Principals, Coordinators, and Management Personnel to build and enhance business relationships.
Marketing Activities:
Execute various marketing activities within the assigned region to promote our educational offerings.
Seminars and Events:
Organise and conduct seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential apartments (townships).
Lead Generation:
Effectively generate leads through seminars in school, local tuition centres , seminars in town and residential apartments (townships).
Stakeholder Interaction:
Interact regularly with students and parents, addressing inquiries and providing information about our educational programs.
Local Collaboration:
Liaise with local institutions to explore collaborative business opportunities.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in the Marketing field.
Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel in sales and marketing.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Attitude: Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards achieving targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various client groups.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in Educational , Hospitality , Pharma, Training, or Healthcare industries is preferred.
Language: Good written and verbal communication skills; Regional Language is Mandatory for respective branches.
Travel: Comfortable with regular travel and possessing your own personal transport.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/BBA would be an added advantage.

We are headquartered in Bangalore. The formal unveiling of the brand (and commencement of admissions) is happening in February 2024 in 12 cities of India, and 1 campus abroad.
