Job Summary:
The
Marketing Manager
is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the school’s visibility, attract prospective families, and support enrollment goals. This role collaborates with admissions, communications, and academic teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and promote the school’s unique offerings locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual marketing plans aligned with the school’s enrollment and branding objectives.
Identify target markets and devise campaigns to reach prospective families and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing initiatives.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage the school’s digital presence including the website, social media channels, and online advertising.
Plan and execute content calendars, paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and SEO efforts.
Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics and ROI.
3. Content Creation & Branding
Produce engaging marketing materials such as brochures, videos, newsletters, and presentations.
Ensure consistent application of the school’s brand guidelines across all platforms and collateral.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and external agencies as needed.
4. Event Support & Community Outreach
Support admissions events, open houses, and promotional activities with marketing collateral and outreach efforts.
Develop partnerships with local organizations, media, and community groups to increase visibility.
Coordinate sponsorships and community engagement campaigns.
5. Market Research & Data Analysis
Collect and analyze data on prospective families, enrollment trends, and campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in international schools or multicultural environments.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with international curricula (IB, Cambridge, American).
Basic graphic design skills or experience working with design teams.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday
May require evening or weekend hours for events or campaigns
