No. of Vacancy: 01 Employment Type: Full-Time Work from Office Location: Bhubaneswar Salary: Up to 3 LPA Device Required: Own Laptop only Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Marketing Associate: Organic Media who will be responsible for ideation, copywriting, research and strategy and creative direction, and execution of content and campaigns for organic channels like social media presence of Hasel Health and Wellness Pvt. Ltd. brands. This role goes beyond just posting content. You will be responsible for conceptualizing engaging ideas, scripting reels and campaigns, overseeing shoots, coordinating with designers/videographers, ensuring platform-wise execution, and maintaining the overall creative direction and voice of the brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of storytelling, internet culture, social media trends, keen interest in audience psychology and consumer behaviour is essential, while also being capable of turning ideas into high-performing content consistently. Roles and responsibilities: Ideation & Strategy: Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and social media strategies aligned with the brand’s positioning and business goals across different channels of brand presence. Brainstorm engaging content: concepts, storytelling formats, hooks, trend adaptations, and platform-native content. Build monthly and weekly content calendars for social media pages, and execute them. Research audience behavior, trends, competitors, and emerging content formats to keep the brand culturally relevant. Scriptwriting & Copywriting: Write scripts for reels, campaigns, interviews, brand videos, and social-first storytelling content. Create compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and platform-specific copy. Ensure all communication aligns with the tone, voice, and personality of the brand. Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure cohesive storytelling across content formats. Shoot Execution & Creative Oversight: Coordinate and oversee content shoots from planning to execution. Assist in shot planning, moodboarding, references, and creative direction. Work closely with Head of Marketing, videographers, editors, designers, trainers, and founders during production. Ensure content output matches creative expectations and platform requirements. Social Media Management: Overlook posting schedules and content publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Ensure consistency in visual identity, communication style, and audience engagement. Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, revisions, and timely execution. Content Performance & Growth: Analyze content performance metrics including engagement, retention, reach, and audience behavior and other platform relevant metrics. Identify what content formats and storytelling styles perform best and optimize future content accordingly. Stay updated with platform algorithms, creator trends, and evolving content practices. Qualifications & skills required: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in content creation, content strategy, social media management, creative direction, or similar roles. Candidates with experience managing brand pages, creating reels, scripting, or executing shoots will be preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content ecosystems. Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and ideation abilities. Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills. Understanding of content hooks, audience psychology, retention, and trend adaptation. Experience coordinating or executing shoots and working with creative teams. Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion, Google Workspace, and content planning tools. Basic understanding of editing workflows, shot composition, and visual storytelling is preferred. Experience working with designers, videographers, and editors collaboratively.
