Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination:
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and activities.
Manage communication between internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives.
Vendor Management:
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
Data Analysis:
Support in collecting and analysing data related to marketing performance.
Prepare reports and insights to aid in decision-making processes.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Influencer Marketing:
Coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns.
BTL Activations and OOH:
Support in organising below-the-line (BTL) activations and out-of-home (OOH) marketing activities.
Liaise with agencies to ensure effective execution of BTL and OOH campaigns.
Product Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate representation of product features and benefits in marketing materials.
Leads Management:
Support lead generation efforts through various channels.
Assist in managing databases and tracking leads through the sales funnel.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
