Profile Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Market Head to lead and drive residential sales across key cities in the Rest of Maharashtra region. The role involves managing regional sales strategy, building strong channel partner networks, and ensuring consistent revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall sales strategy and execution for residential projects across assigned markets
Manage and lead regional sales teams to achieve revenue and volume targets
Develop and expand a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and local influencers
Identify new market opportunities and drive project penetration in emerging locations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Ensure effective lead generation, site visits, and conversion funnels
Oversee negotiations and closure of high-value transactions
Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns, events, and brand visibility initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory frameworks
Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications
15+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong exposure to Tier 2 & Tier 3 Maharashtra markets (e.g., Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, etc.)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong channel partner (CP) network across multiple cities
Experience in team handling and multi-location sales management
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior
Graduate (MBA preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience handling regional or cluster roles
Strong network in Rest of Maharashtra real estate markets
Ability to scale operations and build high-performing teams
Experience in mid to premium residential segments
